Booking cancellation

When you book a stay at Bintan Service Apartment, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review these terms carefully, as they outline important information regarding cancellations and changes to your reservation:

1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 3 to 7 days prior to the check-in date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's stay.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days prior to the check-in date will not be eligible for a refund.

2. No-Show Policy:
- In case of a no-show, the full amount of the reservation will be charged and no refunds will be issued.

3. Modification Policy:
- Any changes to the reservation dates must be made at least 7 days prior to the original check-in date and are subject to availability.
- Modifications made less than 7 days before the check-in date will incur a modification fee.

4. Refund Process:
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.

- Should you need to depart earlier than your scheduled check-out date, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Early departures may be subject to an early departure fee equivalent to one night's stay.

Modification of Booking
- Changes to the reservation dates are subject to availability and may result in a rate change. Please contact our reservation team to discuss any modifications.

Special Offers and Non-Refundable Rates
- Reservations made under special offers, promotions, or non-refundable rates are not eligible for cancellation or modification. The full amount will be charged upon booking and is non-refundable.
